Rolling into June 2013

June 2, 2013 ~ It's a new month and Elder Merrill is moving right along with his missionary work.  We had told him about Mom and Dad and Jessica and Brad going up to the Phoenix comic con and having fun and what the difference is between a comic con and an anime con. But I don't think he is convinced they are fun! lol.

How's it going? I'm fine here.  There's not much stuff new for me, just the regular old  routine. I haven't had much to do this P-day, just clean and nap really.  Next P-day, I want to get all the missionaries in the zone together for a Frisbee match in the park that we have here.  It might be fun, but we'll see what the other Elders think.
Wow, it´s getting to the hot time in Arizona, I hope that the air conditioning works. Air conditioning. Wouldn´t that be nice. We have a fan to use during the hot parts of the year. I think I´ve seen a total of 2 air conditioning machines on my mission.
Jess and Brad got a little sick too then huh? Well, it´s good that it only lasted a short while. I really want to avoid getting sick on the mission, because while it sounds like sleeping all day is great, it´s SO boring inside our houses in the mission. So, work makes the days go by fast.
Now I get the difference between the 2 ¨cons¨ I might go to that. MAYBE. I´m not gonna lie, it sounds kinda dorky, but don´t worry. That doesn´t mean that the people who go are dorky too.    -_-
Well, I´m not actually in the scriptures right now, I´m going through Preach My Gospel, and I look down and write a note about all the scripture reference boxes that they have inside. It helps me remember what the scriptures are about and where they are, so it comes in handy during the lessons we teach.

My week is interesting, and filled with people to visit, so don´t worry, I´m having fun and I´m working hard! I brush every day, I eat the right food, I exercise and I´m doing good overall! You guys be safe and know that I´m praying for you all the time! I hope that we´ll see each other again soon! I have these planner things, little books to write down what we do during the day, and they cover 6 weeks; and now I have 5 more of those books until the end of my mission! It´s crazy! I´ll be seeing you all really soon! love you all! bye!   Elder Ethan Merrill
